DE-CIX India Expands Interconnection Services with Second PoP in Hyderabad

Mumbai, September 2024:
DE-CIX INDIA, powered by DE-CIX, the world’s leading Internet Exchange operator, today announced the launch of its second Point of Presence (PoP) in Hyderabad, with Web Werks India Private Ltd. This strategic expansion will allow networks, content providers, and enterprises in Hyderabad to access DE-CIX INDIA’s premium interconnection services, including peering, DirectCLOUD, and Microsoft Azure Peering Service (MAPS).

DE-CIX India established Internet Exchanges in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad to provide premium interconnection services to networks and enterprises across India. DE-CIX Hyderabad, located at STT Madhapur, has augmented its connectivity by adding another PoP at Webworks, Hyderabad. This new addition will enable ISPs, CDNs, cloud service providers, and enterprises in Hyderabad to connect with DE-CIX India’s vast ecosystem of over 600 connected networks, including all major domestic and international networks.
